Transcutaneous Mesodermic Therapy (TMT)
What is TMT?
Transcutaneous Mesodermic Therapy is pain-less and non-invasive, the electromagnetic waves produce a pleasant sensation of relaxation and well-being.
How does TMT work?
Electroporation – the application of brief impulses which affect the tissue and cells. These impulses affect the permeability of the skin by allowing active solution to penetrate through the pores.
Electrophoresis – the transportation of active solution through the skin by means of direct current. The pole applied to the skin is either a positive or negative current, matching the polarity of the solution, thus creating electrorepulsion, allowing penetration of specific solutions through the pores, sweat glands and hair follicles.
What are the benefits of TMT?
TMT treats skin by firming and reducing cellulite, stretch marks, wrinkles, skin discoloration and pigments. Studies show that TMT not only allows for deeper penetration of active solutions, but a higher concentration of solution is also delivered to the area of treatment: 600% greater penetration to the stratum corneum, 1200% greater penetration into the epidermis and 4000% greater penetration into the dermis.
